C31 in Melbourne was so happy with the ratings for Latin Dance Alive that our show was put into immediate repeat in the same timeslot, Sunday at 8.30pm. This puts Latin Dance Alive up against So You Think You Can Dance, the most expensive and hyped dance show in Australia.

 The official Oztam ratings are now in for March and I am pleased to say that we held our ratings, recording a small fall in that time slot from 55,000 viewers to 51,000. What this means is that 51,000 people in Melbourne would rather watch a repeat of Latin Dance Alive than a first run of So You Think You Can Dance. Alternatively these could be people who missed our show the first time around and tuned in this time, even with such heavyweight competition.
