Lucy Woolfman Makeup Artist
Lucy began her career in the film and television industry at the tender age of 15 when she did her work experience as an office junior for '9Films'.

After finishing her A-levels at 18 she went on to work as an office assistant for 'Wall2Wall' television before doing some work on the BBC drama 'Holby City' as a production runner.

During this time she was also involved in the 'Durango Film Festival' in the USA where she worked as an events assistant.

It was whilst working behind the scenes that Lucy's interest in make-up intensified, she always had a passion for it but seeing how things were built up behind the camera made her passion grow and she went on to train at Greasepaint - school of tv, film and theatre make-up in London.

Englands most renouned make-up school with award winning BBC trained tutors.

Lucy has worked on several theatre productions in the past few years including 'Orpheus', 'Brigadoon' and 'Hot mercado', however, her theatre highlight was when she worked alongside 5 other make-up artists on 'Oliver' over the 2005 christmas period in London.

Her film credits consist of a number of short films such as 'Head over board', 'Courting' and 'The Stranger', her film highlight was when she was the make-up artist for a short film called 'My Horizon' starring Nick Nolte, Brawley Nolte and Sean Brosnan. Shot on location in London, Miami and Dungeness.

Lucy's television experience includes the BBC1 documentary 'Herald of free enterprise: The True Story' about the Zeebrugge ferry disaster in the late eighties.

Alongside her tv, film and theatre work Lucy also has a large number of fashion shows and modelling shoots under her belt.

In the last 2 years alone she has worked with companies such as 'Kaiz Boutique' and 'Scissors Palace' to name but a few.

Kaiz Boutique put on the 'London Fashion Week Valentines Party' at the famous Sugar Reef nightclub, it was here Lucy had the opportunity to make up Playboy models Louise Glover and Jackie Degg and celebrity model Donatella amongst others.

Lucy has also worked on fashion shows around various other nightclubs in london including Caprica and the Electric Ballroom, as well as working with fashion designers to put on shows at the London College of Fashion.

Lucy's biggest highlight in the fashion world so far came when she was one of several make-up artists to work alongside Jane Mayer at the relaunch party of 'Harpers Bazaar' Magazine in london.

Since arriving in Australia the different Modelling shoots she has worked on consist of workin with 'Perfect Brides and Weddings' Magazine, 'Vita 5' hair and most recently Lucy was the make-up artist for the new Pacha Dance Compilation CD brought to you by Central Station Records.

As a freelance make-up artist Lucy has also worked on music videos, internet links, dance partys and events such as Sleazeball and Mardi gra, company events and personal events such as parties, weddings and competitions.

Lucy is a happy part of the Mindfor team and has been on board with 'Latin Dance Alive' since March 2007.

She also works for make-up company Benefit.
